What people say about the caesar
"Tender Greens is a fast-casual restaurant located at the Topanga Social. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. I came with a friend, and we ate on the patio right by their small water feature, which made for a beautiful view. The menu has a lot to offer, including various bowls, plates, salads, and more. I chose the build-your-own steak plate, which comes with two sides. I went with the roasted potatoes and a Caesar salad. The total came out to about $19, which I felt was a bit pricey for what you get compared to other places in the area—but you can tell the food is really fresh. I can’t say much about the service since you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table, but our food did come out fairly quickly during the busy lunch rush, which was a nice plus."

What people say about the caesar
"Today, May 27, 2025, my partner and I had what was easily the worst experience we have ever had at Sweetgreen – and unfortunately, it was at our local Woodland Hills location (20929 Ventura Blvd #1). Let me be clear: we used to love this location, but after today, we will not be returning. I placed my usual order: the Chicken Avocado Ranch with two simple modifications — sub wild rice for white rice, sub goat cheese for apples, with three green goddess ranch dressings on the side. This is my go-to order, not just because it tastes good, but because I have a food allergy to sesame seeds, and this salad is one of the few items I can safely eat. What I received was NOT what I ordered — instead, I got some Frankenstein version of a Caesar salad with chicken, broccoli, wild rice, and goat cheese. No idea how they got any of that from my order. My partner's salad was also incorrect, and the ingredients — which Sweetgreen prides itself on — were clearly not fresh. Wilted greens, sad produce. Everything looked and tasted like it was two days old. Because of my allergy, we drove 20 minutes back to the store. The moment I walked in, the staff member took one look and said, “Uh oh, what was wrong with your salad?” — so clearly they knew mistakes were being made. I calmly explained what was wrong and requested my correct order, which they made. I declined their offer of “chips, extra chicken, chips, etc.” because honestly, the inconvenience and safety risk outweighed some stale add-ons. Now, after 25 minutes of traffic back home, I sit down to finally eat and it is somehow worse than before. The chicken? Mostly gristle and fat. The pickled onions? Practically white and clearly far past their prime (how many days does it take for red onions to turn white? Because that is how old they were). The chips and bread? Stale. Completely inedible. This is not just a bad order — this is a reflection of a store that clearly does not care. Sweetgreen’s entire brand promise is about “fresh, transparent, real food made from scratch.” Well, this location is delivering none of that. Zero transparency, zero care for allergens, and certainly nothing fresh or scratch-made about any of what we were given today. And to add insult to injury — I tried to call this location seven times today. No one answered. No voicemail, no redirect. Just rings and rings. If corporate or management is reading this: look at the photos I am attaching. This is not how Sweetgreen is supposed to operate. As loyal customers, we are beyond disappointed. You are the only Sweetgreen in the Valley, and sadly, you are not representing the brand — or basic standards — with even a shred of dignity. Do better."
