"This was the worst Chopt I have ever been to in my life. From entering the building the workers were not friendly at all. The salad was disgusting. I got a Mexican Caesar salad which is the only salad I ever get at Chopt. The Mexican Caesar dressing was bitter and tasted acidic. The chicken was burnt - I’ve attached a picture. The food tasted old. The bread was old, stale, see through and gross. There was nothing I liked and I spent 20 dollars. If a salad place can’t keep food fresh all day then they should close. I do not throw food away and I tossed the salad in the trash. I will not be coming back."
"Went for the first time ever and got the Mexican Caesar wrap without chicken and honestly it was pretty tasty. The tortilla chips added a nice crunch while the jalapeños added much needed spice. It was a pretty hefty wrap for the $10 price tag after tax, especially factoring in location. My biggest issue is that the wrap fell apart quite quickly after opening the wrapper. I ended up eating the wrap part by itself after a few bites and all the filling that was left in my wrapper I cleaned up with a fork Definitely will give them another chance with a different menu item in the future."
