"We stopped in for lunch on a cold foggy day with dear friends. We were greeted and seated right away by the glow of the fireplace. Three of us ordered hot tea which came right away. The tea was perfection on a cold day (we were offered lemon, honey, and sugar) but will add that the water was refreshingly cucumber flavored. Three of us ordered the pot pies two chicken curry and one spicy. They were warm, filling, and delicious. I also enjoyed the sublime mashed potatoes and roasted squash. My husband’s Caesar salad was large and fresh. The fourth in our group ordered the Reuben and said it was delicious but could have had a bit more meat. Cream brûlée and chocolate pie topped the meal off. Excellent prompt service and a soft lovely space in which to dine. We’ve agreed to come back in the spring to enjoy the outdoor seating and try adult beverages from the bar. Highly recommend and reasonably priced for four adults."
