What people say about the caesar
"Il Vicino Wood Oven Pizza in Santa Fe has some truly great food. The Meatball pizza was excellent—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and definitely a standout. The Caesar salad was also delicious and fresh, making for a really enjoyable meal overall. Unfortunately, the initial experience wasn’t very welcoming. When we walked in, two servers were arguing, and one even used inappropriate language, which was uncomfortable. We weren’t greeted at all. After waiting, we had to track down a server ourselves to ask if we could seat ourselves, only to be told we needed to go back to the front hostess stand and order before being seated. That said, once we got past the rough start, the experience improved. The service after ordering was good, and the quality of the food more than made up for the poor reception at giving. With better front-of-house organization and a warmer greeting, this place could easily be a top-notch dining experience"
"Il Vivino is exceptional in every way. The food is delicious and well done. This is the place to go for wood fire pizza. We ordered a small Caesar salad, a margarita pizza and a pasta dish. We were not disappointed. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about this restaurant. You will too. The service is first class and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is elegant in its decor, casual in it's setting. Make it happen... You will thank me later. A 5🌟 experience!"

"In my experience the food here tends to be of good quality, the servers are pleasant, and although the indoor atmosphere is not my vibe, the outdoor area is quite enjoyable. Parking can be tricky. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I don't like feeling like a mark. Which is to say, I think every business should make a profit, this is the nature of business. However, a perfect example is my recent Kale Caesar salad with chicken...It did not resemble $5 worth of ingredients or time and cost $25. There were exactly 4 "pieces" of chicken, a couple anchovies, and about a dozen chopped peanuts...I love the idea of this place but y'all lost me at some point in the last 5 years."

"Delicious salad and quiche. Spicy Caesar- they used an entire romaine for the large salad, plus arugula. Generous amount of cotija cheese, and other things. As much dressing as I wanted (or didn't want). Chopped nicely so every bite is good. We came at 2:30 and everything is still super fresh and crunchy. Freshly made desserts like carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The quiche is tender, not easy to do for a baked egg dish. My cousin says "I love it". I like the location - it's easy to get into without going into the mall. The indoor and outdoor seating feel like a private restaurant not a food court. (Come early if you want quiche.) Come every day if you want a really fresh salad!"
