"Carmine’s Italian Restaurant is a great spot for large groups right in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. We had a party of 10 and they seated us at a big square table that fit everyone perfectly. The vibe instantly reminded me of the famous Carmine’s Italian Restaurant location: lively, classic Italian, and built around family-style dining. We ordered several dishes to share including Caesar salad, veal cutlet, Italian meatballs, and penne pasta alla vodka. Everything was delicious and came out in decent portions; of course we ordered two or three of each dish. And of course we had to try the house-branded Chianti wine. The service was excellent with multiple wait staff helping the table, which made things run smoothly for a group our size. They even sang Happy Birthday to my mom, which was a fun touch. The location is super convenient too, especially since we were staying nearby at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace. A really fun group dining experience."
