When I asked about it, the owner mentioned lettuce prices had changed — but this wasn’t just a minor substitution. The whole filling was different, and the quality had dropped noticeably. What really shocked me was how the owner handled my feedback. Instead of taking it seriously, he acted as though getting on a FaceTime call with me was some favor — as if I should be grateful for the attention. During the call, rather than listening or showing any concern, he literally pointed out the two or three bits of cheese in the wrap and tried to prove nothing was wrong. He kept repeating that no one else had complained that day As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to explain basic quality issues, only to be met with resistance and attitude. I wasn’t asking for a refund — just a fair acknowledgment that the product served wasn’t up to standard."
